1972 - 1977: The United States Air Force. Stationed overseas and at the Pentagon. Ended enlistment with a Top Secret Security Clearance. My training was as an electronic communications and cryptographic equipment systems repairman.
1977 - 1997: Various positions in Customer Service as a computer repair technician culminating with a position as a Technical Services Coordinator. This position was responsible for ensuring a $2.4 million customer was satisfied with their computer services. Job requirements included direct operational responsibilities at the customer's Dearborn, MI headquarters and the coordination of services at their Pittsburgh Data Center as well as conducting meetings and daily briefings with Senior Management.
1997 - Present: Owner Operator of LubeMart Associates, Inc., 10 Minute Oil Change. Currently there are 2 locations: Wayne, MI and Flat Rock, MI. Responsibilities include payroll processing and tax reports: bookkeeping: budgets; profit and loss analysis; repair and maintenance of shop equipment; employee hiring/firing/scheduling; and whatever else is necessary to keep the business running efficiently.
